Yes, it has a bit of a slow pacing. Yes, it borrowed a lot from War of the Worlds. But despite this, it has very good acting, great computer effects, good story telling and enough tension to keep you skip to the next episode. If you consider this a War of the Worlds adaption, it is the best one. It would be a shame if there will be no second season…

Slow and uninspiring, with aliens that look a lot like furbees with spikes. In short, I can't recommend this sci fi stinker, on any level.
