Biya, a Thai livestreamer, is transported to the war-torn Great Yan Kingdom through a family heirloom dragon-patterned shawl, where she is rescued by the cold-faced general Wen Xu. Drawing on her knowledge of modern medicine and technology, she repeatedly resolves crises and gradually develops feelings for Wen Xu.
