Overview

Yahya El-Wakeel, a well-known writer and media figure in his mid-thirties, comes from a wealthy Upper Egyptian family with a blend of modern thought and deep-rooted Egyptian values and traditions. He falls in love with Nelly Naseem, an aristocratic woman who owns a classy café in Zamalek. Over time, fundamental differences in their worldviews begin to surface.
