Bailey Matthews is an American-English professional wrestler, currently signed to WWE, where he performs on their NXT brand under the ring name Charlie Dempsey. He debuted in 2018, is a member of the No Quarter Catch Crew stable, and is a two-time NXT Heritage Cup Champion.
