Devon Lewis, born and raised in Toronto, Canada, began is dance training at the Etobicoke School of the Arts and then went on to study contemporary dance at The School of Toronto Dance Theatre, graduating as a soloist in 2014. Since then Lewis has continued to teach and choreograph on dancers all over Toronto, choreographing music videos for local urban recording artist and contemporary works on emerging dance artists. Moving back to Toronto in 2020 from London, UK, Lewis has gone on to continue working as a choreographer merging urban culture with dance theatre. Most recently recognized for his role as assistance choreographer for the NBA Toronto Raptor’s Pride Night Halftime Show, featuring the Northside Crew dance pack, and appearing on Canada’s Drag Race Season 3 Finale as a dancer and assistant choreographer under the direction of resident choreographer, Hollywood Jade.
