Louie played the role of Oskar in "The Regime", a limited 6 episode miniseries for HBO directed by Sir Stephen Frears and Jessica Hobbs. Louie appeared in 5 of the 6 episodes and filmed alongside Kate Winslet and Andrea Riseborough for the majority of his scenes. The Regime was released in Spring 2024. Louie also featured as Dom Laing in the double episode season finale of Silent Witness (Series 26, Episodes 9 & 10, Southbay Part 1 and 2) released in 2023. Prior to that, Louie appeared as Sam Yates in the new 6 part psychological drama "The Chemistry of Death" based on the Simon Beckett Novels, also released in 2023. In 2021, Louie played the young Spencer Clay (with Jimmi Simpson playing the older lead) in the CBS/Showtime series, The Man Who Fell to Earth, released in 2022.
