Naoko Nokubi (野首 南帆子, Nokubi Naoko, born January 21) is a Japanese voice actress from Gifu Prefecture. She is attached to Apte Pro. She is a third class student at the training school attached to AbtoPro. Her hobbies and special skills are beachcombing, aquariums, illustration and making fruit wine. She speaks the Gifu dialect (Hida dialect) and Toyama dialect.
