Bethany Watson is a producer, showrunner, actor, and writer originally from Wisconsin. She co-produced and co-directed "The Trouble with Tessa," Bloody Disgusting's very first original series. Before moving into television production, Bethany was the co-host on the nationally syndicated Elvis Duran and the Morning Show (Z100 New York). Bethany earned her degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Minnesota and trained at the famous Upright Citizens Brigade in New York City. She is also a voice-over artist who has been the live Voice of God at New York's Global Citizen Festival, Rihanna's Diamond Ball, the Grammys tribute to Elton John, and more. She co-hosts the podcast "The Check-In" with her director/cinematographer boyfriend Dennis Cahlo, which comedically details the highs, lows, and fun of working together as a couple. Bethany is passionate about creating and performing work that both entertains and creates a space for viewers to feel that they're not alone in their eccentricities and struggles. She resides in New York's Hudson Valley.
