Hayati and Tezcan lose their parents at a young age and are raised by their father's close friend, Uncle Salih. Uncle Salih inherits a large mansion from his brother, whom he has never met. The news spreads throughout the neighborhood. Upon hearing the news, the neighborhood's most troublesome and notorious resident, Deli Murat, takes advantage of Uncle Salih's advanced Alzheimer's disease and saddles him with a significant debt to pay off his debt to Rıza.
