I didn't have to get very far in to _The Tale_ before I realised I was in for something different. Something more. The way _The Tale_ suckerpunches you with some rather distressing truths about memory, imagination, and sense-of-self, right from the outset, is simultaneously riveting, and horrifying. Very confronting, genuinely difficult to watch…
