Disc 1 features the full 22-song live performance "ONE OK ROCK 2013 'Life × You ='" without omitting any tracks. Disc 2 includes "ONE OK ROCK 2013 'Life × You =' FILM" , a cinematic documentary capturing all 11 tour performances.
