After a man is discovered brutally and horrifically murdered, Detective Vance is determined to trace down a demon worshiping cult that are expected to have caused a series of brutal murders over several decades in the Georgetown, D.C. area. With the help of a faithful Priest, they fight the demonic presence that threatens to take more lives.
