Andrea, a spoilt and inexperienced thirty-year-old, lives with his grandfather in a villa. When the elderly man, who is terminally ill, decides to die at sea aboard a catamaran, he forces his grandson to sell the house within three months: otherwise, everything will pass to the family tax accountant.
