Dr. Franklin, a dangerous charlatan escapes after his fraudulent credentials are exposed and ends up in Brasília, Brazil's capital, where he opens a sex clinic for politicians and celebrities. He gives them a drug that increases their sexual drive and soon the clinic is the site of wild orgies.
