"Crime City Shinjuku" - The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's Organized Crime Control Division, commonly known as "Sotai", keeps an eye on the dark side of society. Ushijima (Ryohei Abe) works hard to eliminate the Black Dragon Society, but he is unable to grasp the reality. As the investigation continues, Ushijima is targeted by people from the Black Dragon Society.
