Overview

Salubai a Tamasha dancer wants her daughter Chandan to get education an be a lawyer but during a performance she passes away of heart attack,Chandan then quits her education and steps in her mothers footsteps in order to support her mothers troupe as many would die of hunger.Chandan becomes a well known name during one of her performance she meets with accident and is treated by Dr Pradep Desai during they treatment they get close to each other and decide to get married but Pradeep passes away due to accident leaving Chandan pregnant.Chandan gives birth to a boy Anamik and wants to make him a Doctor like his father and leaves him in care of Guruji by making a promise that his mother is not alive.Chandan continues to perform in the troupe to educate Anamik till her old age and also has to face people who look at females performing in Tamasha group as characterless.
