Kyowakai direct affiliate Himuro (Yasukaze Motomiya) heads to Akita to quell the escalating violence, but an attack on Shin’yukai chairman Hirakawa (Hitomi Matsuda) plunges the situation into even deeper chaos. As Himuro tracks the movements of Norisaka, head of the Norisaka-gumi of the Shobugawa-ikka and the mastermind behind the unrest, the conflict shows no sign of slowing—pushing the Tohoku war toward a critical turning point.
